Christian Schumacher

Christian Schumacher's artistic journey began in childhood, encouraged by playful painting competitions with his grandmother. While his cousin often claimed victory for himself, Christian was never concerned with winning; he painted from a purely aesthetic perspective. This early experience laid the foundation for his deep connection to art.

Years later, at the age of 17, he was further drawn into the world of creativity by graffiti friends. Early one Saturday morning, a friend made a long journey to visit him and arrived with a canvas, paint, and a bottle of wine. That day, Christian had his first real encounter with a canvas, an experience that ignited his lifelong passion for art.

Christian has lived in Berlin since 2012 and is fully immersed in the city's vibrant art scene. For the past four years, he has worked as an independent artist, continuously developing his craft.

His talent and dedication led him to sign a contract with SAV Gallery in Los Angeles two years ago, a collaboration that will soon expand to New York when the gallery opens its presence there in July.
