Christian Schumacher

Christian Schumacher's artistic journey began in his childhood, fostered by playful painting competitions with his grandmother. While his cousin often claimed victory, for Christian, winning was never the point; he painted purely from an aesthetic perspective. This early experience laid the groundwork for his deep connection with art.

Years later, at the age of 17, he was further drawn into the world of creativity by graffiti friends. One early Saturday morning, a friend made a long journey to him, arriving with a canvas, paint, and a bottle of wine. That day, Christian had his first true encounter with a canvas, an experience that ignited his lifelong passion for art.

Since 2012, Christian has lived in Berlin, fully immersing himself in the city's vibrant art scene. For the past four years, he has worked as an independent artist, continuously developing his craft.

His talent and dedication led him to sign a contract with S.A.V. Gallery in Los Angeles two years ago, a collaboration that will soon expand to New York when the gallery opens its presence there in July.

With his bold, expressive style and a steadily growing international presence, Christian Schumacher is an artist who is redefining contemporary creativity, one canvas at a time.
